Learn more about the Algarvian Gastronomy

The Marine Confraternity of the Ria Formosa launched its 1st book that brings together 14 traditional recipes and 6 author recipes that use and praise the gastronomic treasures that are daily collected in the Ria.
According to Cláudia Luz, Grand Master of the confraternity, "This project was born from the desire to perpetuate the living memory of our Ria Formosa, in what it gives us of gastronomic and historical richness and identity."
So here is your chance to sip a little of the history and flavors that involve the Ria Formosa and its people through this book.
